About Us
Designed with you in mind, Conneaut Manor is income-based affordable housing for individuals age 62 and over. The five-story building consists of 43 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom units. Each type measures 587 square feet and 850 square feet in area, respectively.
The Units
A 2018 renovation centered around the needs of the residents, creating beautiful apartments and common area spaces. Included in each apartment are all new kitchens, baths, paint, flooring, and appliances.
Community Building
Beautiful common area spaces for resident use include a Community room with full kitchen, billiards room and computer lab. Laundry facilities are completely updated, and ample parking is available which includes designated handicap accessible parking spaces.
